− La comunicazione col il guest service : avevo prenotato un transfert ma poi disdetto .non avevo comunicato ne’ orario di arrivò della nave , ne’ il porto : nonostante non avessi mai confermato questo servizio , mi sono ritrovato inspiegabilmente un autista al mio arrivò . Pur non avendo usufruito del servizio , per l’incomprensione , mie’ stato addebitato il costo del 50%
