10.0tout etait parfait ! le personnel accueillant, souriant, aidant. La chambre était très grande avec terrasse. Quartier très calme et proche de la station de train. Bus à proximité. 15 min à pied du centre de Rome. Literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et divers. salle intimiste, très agréable.

10.0La camera si distingueva per gli ampi spazi e l’elevato livello di pulizia e offriva una splendida vista diretta sulla Basilica di San Pietro. Il letto, particolarmente comodo e spazioso, garantiva un riposo ottimale. Anche il bagno, ampio e ben attrezzato, era dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. Abbiamo prenotato la camera solo 15 minuti prima di arrivare in struttura, ma erano già operativi nella preparazione del servizio aggiuntivo (gratuito) richiesto, ovvero la culla per il nostro bimbo di 1 anno. Non è scontato dato il poco preavviso. Inoltre, abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade della camera, senza costi aggiuntivi. Davvero molto apprezzato. Al piano - 1 è presente la sala colazione, corredata di tanti intrattenimenti, come la TV, la PlayStation, il tavolo da biliardo, il biliardino, il tavolo da ping pong e altri giochi, anche per i più piccini. Un altro vantaggio è il parcheggio in loco che, nonostante a pagamento, risulta fondamentale in una città come Roma. Soddisfatti anche del personale che è risultato molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza che abbiamo avuto durante il soggiorno.
