4.0숙소 위치가 좋았습니다. 주변에 마트와 식당이 많아 이용하기 편리했습니다. 객실도 잘 관리되어 있었고, 침대가 편안해 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 특히 침구에서 불쾌한 냄새가 전혀 나지 않아 더욱 쾌적하게 머물 수 있었습니다.
− 전반적으로는 레지던스 호텔의 성격이 강한 숙소였습니다. 다만 간단한 식사를 준비해 먹기에는 불편한 점이 많았습니다. 전자레인지로 음식을 데워 먹을 수는 있었지만, 주방세제, 가위, 칼 등 기본적인 주방용품이 없어 불편했습니다. 또한 주방에는 인덕션이 있었지만 사용할 수 없어 아쉬웠습니다. 숙박객이 직접 쓰레기 분리수거까지 해야 하는 시스템이라 일반 호텔이라기보다는 레지던스에 가까운 느낌이었습니다. 다만 음식을 직접 해 먹을 수 있는 환경도 충분하지 않아 다소 애매하게 느껴졌습니다. 수영장도 생각보다 규모가 작았고, 함께 간 아이들도 크게 만족하지 못했습니다. 연휴 기간이라 숙박 요금이 상당히 비쌌는데, 가격에 걸맞은 시설과 서비스는 제공받지 못했다는 느낌이었습니다. 3~4성급 호텔 수준의 서비스를 기대하신다면 실망하실 수 있으며, 개인적으로는 가격 대비 만족도가 낮아 추천하기 어려운 숙소였습니다.

8.0가족이 5인가족으로 스위트패밀리를 사용했는데 잘 사용했습니다. 무엇보다 침대가 일반 퀸,킹보다도 더 커서 좋았습니다.

7.0Nice clean, large rooms. The mattresses in the second bedroom were so thin and uncomfortable. The main bed was good. The pool and kids play areas were great. This place is advertised as having a kitchen, but other than the fridge it is unuseable as there are no plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, washing up items, microwave, pots or pans etc.

10.0우선 방이 쾌적하고 수영장 이용을 할 수 있어서 아이가 너무 좋아했어요 다음에 속초를 또 방문한다면 꼭 이 곳에 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 아이가 너무 좋아해서 저 또한 기분이 좋았습니다.
− 주차공간이 협소하여 주말에 방문한다면 다른 곳에 주차를 해야 할 만큼 주차 공간이 너무 부족했습니다. 평일엔 좀 여유로웠어요. 사람이 많아서 그런지 엘리베이터도 좀 기다려야 했어요!
