Everyone at Liya Boutique Hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Emir and Ozan, they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast was delicious every single morning, and I was pleasantly surprised each day with their chef's special dish(es), a lovely touch that made every breakfast feel unique. The room with the garden view was wonderful, it stayed refreshingly cool despite the scorching heat outside. The location is ideal: very close to the center for easy access to everything, yet quiet and peaceful enough to get proper rest.

− Honestly, nothing. I cannot think of a single thing that disappointed me during my stay.

Super Kommunikation und Unterstützung von den inhabern, sehr netter kleines hotel. Frühstück ist super lecker und abwechslungsreich! Die lage und park Möglichkeiten sind ebenfalls toll. Sehr schön dekorierte Räume/ decken!

− Unsere Matratze war tatsächlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das ist meckern auf höchstem niveau. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Everything was amazing. location, very close to beach and restaurant but away enough from busy place Breakfast, it was highlight! Beautifully presented, nice to be able to choose the way to be cooked for egg Room, spacious rooms and great to have two bathroom! Service, amazing, very helpful. He gave us recommendations when’re to eat, how to travel , other beaches etc we had an issue with cab going to the airport, his staff helped us communicate with a driver using Google translate. If we ever come back to Akyaka, I would come back here again. Thank you for all.

− Minor thing, we didn’t have much connection with wifi in our room. It was probably because our room was at the top of the building. I had to make a phone call so I went to ground floor garden at night and of course Ben bitten by mosquito.

Bence Akyaka'nın en güzel konaklanacak yeri. Temizlik, konum, mimarisi, personelin hizmeti olağanüstü. Kahvaltı muhteşem. Çok memnun kaldık. Herkese, Akyaka'yı görmeyi, tekne turu yapmayı ve Azmak deresinin berrak sularında yıkanmayı şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Liya Butik Otel, burada kalınabilecek en güzel ve en isabetli yer. Özellikle sahibi Emir bey ve yardımcısı Ozan beylere, ilgi alaka ve yardımlarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.. .

Well situated to see the town and river

Very well situated and easy to find, we were met as we pulled up in our car by our enthusiastic and friendly host. Liya is a red brick suburban house a short walk from the water. Our large room opened out onto a little balcony. Emir gave us so much useful information about walks in the area and a great recommendation of where to dine out that evening, as well as what to see on our journey the next day. Well briefed, we managed to fit in a lot, although we were only staying one night. Breakfast was served al fresco with an amazing spread of Turkish dishes and delicious tea with our host's personal touch. There was a great vibe down by the river.

− The bed was a let down. Budget mattress and linen, but the accommodation was nevertheless good value for money.
