Walking distance to a lot of great stuff. Roomy spaces. Nice having a full kitchen with stove and fridge.

− Parking options were extremely limited. Very expensive to park in public areas ($60 / day). Washer/dryer combo was great at washing but took multiple cycles (3 hours) to dry one load.

The location was fantastic! It's at the far end of Broadway, so you're close enough to walk to everything without being right in the middle of all the noise, crowds, and live music. The apartment was quaint, cozy, and very clean. The bed was medium-firm. Because I have a bad back, we added a mattress topper, but I think most people would find it comfortable as is. The shower had excellent water pressure, and having a bathtub was a nice bonus. The toilet and sink are low-flow, which we appreciated, and everything was spotless. The walk-in closet was a great size, and the all-in-one washer/dryer was a fun experience, it was my first time using one! The kitchen was well stocked, and the freezer has an ice maker, which was a huge plus. The A/C worked incredibly well and cooled the apartment down quickly after long days out in the Nashville heat and humidity. The customer service was exceptional. They checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations and that we were comfortable, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Nashville.

− The only thing I would change is the scent of the provided shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. They were all tea tree scented, which was a bit too strong for my personal preference. There's nothing wrong with the products themselves. I know many people enjoy that scent, it just wasn't my favorite. Other than that, I genuinely can't think of anything I didn't enjoy about our stay.

Air Conditioning issues and non-cooperation by management. Find another place to stay.

The property was in a great location. Parking in and around this area as a challenge superfluously priced. However, the moment we arrived our air-conditioning was at 75 and we stayed for two nights and both nights it kept climbing. We contacted the personnel and they said they would “observe“, (meaning do nothing)this temperature issue. They had no one they could call for emergency service so therefore they never sent anyone and only offered if we accepted a stranger come into our room. That was unacceptable. They were just trying to kick the can down the road with the air-conditioning. We requested a late check out in lieu of their negligence, and they only offered an hour after requesting, per their guidelines, a late checkout. They wanted to charge us a fee for every hour we went over 10 o’clock. When you are in Nashville in the summer and it’s 92 you should be able to keep your room cool at 70 and 72. The fan never stopped running and we were extremely uncomfortable. As a consumer, I would warn any consumer to look for alternatives.

Nothing I was never able to get in and they waited until I got there and called about why I couldn’t get in. Just to tell me I was too young to check in even though I had already got charged.
