Though we had arrived at facility we were asked to pay room rent upfront before being received 2.Room was not prepared 3.Room service was unsatisfactory 4.The checkout was unsatisfactory. The desk manager at the restaurant post check in was excellent. She redeemed the negatives.

9.0Breakfast was good. Lots of options. The hotel is close to Kolar , Hoskote , Korati etc . Our room was spacious.
