The staff were friendly, patient, and very helpful, especially since I don’t speak French. They made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it!

9.0My group and I were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Marbella in Lomé. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, once inside, we truly appreciated the atmosphere. The hotel has a beautiful decor, a welcoming vibe, and a thoughtfully designed space that made our stay very enjoyable. The staff was professional, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visit, which greatly contributed to our positive experience.

10.0The Room & Amenities The first thing we noticed was how spacious the room was—there was plenty of area to relax without feeling cramped. The bathroom was equally large, and we were pleased to have consistent hot water with great pressure throughout our stay. Cleanliness & Maintenance The property is exceptionally clean and clearly well-maintained. It’s obvious the management takes great pride in the upkeep of the building, as everything felt fresh and in perfect working order. Dining & Service The Staff: Truly the highlight of our trip. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. On-site Restaurant: Having a restaurant right on the property was so convenient for a quiet dinner. Breakfast: The included breakfast was simple but more than enough to get your day started.
