Great beds, poor staff
8.0Super (!) comfortable bed and pillows, good shower when the water was hot, minibar with a few drinks provided, towels provided, parking available, eateries and shopping in walking distance
− The staff - all of them were downright rude, not even neutral. We were smiling at them and my husband was saying good morning in Turkish (to the breakfast staff), and she just looked at him with hatred, saying nothing back. It doesn’t cost anything to have common human decency. WiFi basically nonexistent, had to use mobile data It was hot hot hot in the room, aircon not working and opening balcony didn’t let much air in (and it was very very loud in the mountain facing room) Water in shower only lukewarm the day when the sun didn’t shine

10.0Hotel bardzo czysty, komfortowy z dużymi pokojami. Bardzo wygodne materace, czysta i bardzo ładna łazienka. Wysokiej klasy pokoje. Niesamowite Hamam & SPA bardzo polecam. Bardzo dziękuję personelowi za miłą obsługę.
