− We stayed in Tower 2 unfortunately we were not aware of the Tower 2 was not in full operation e.g we had no access to walk through Tower 2 to the Promenade/ restaurants /casino we had to walk around outside where it was windy and wet and did not feel safe walking through late in the evening. The lifts were problematic as not in full operation, passage ways on the floors were like a wind tunnel we did speak to reception and they did acknowledge the issue. Perhaps we should have been notified prior to booking.

Brand new rooms and building great view from level 47 pool was okay very small but an awesome view from the 22nd floor the sauna was okay took a long ride to warm up but the steam room work straight away as long as you figured out the button, but the view from the sauner and steam room was great as you were 22 floors up looking towards the Beach South Great view from the balcony

− The beds rock hard like sleeping on the ground the rooms are very small as well as the lounge room couches were quite comfy

Good for money, but don’t expect too much from hospitality

New and clean, good facilities with pool but not the same pool as in picture.

− Complicated access, no housekeeping, pop-up check-in with staffs showing little warmth, also very far from lifts. Renovation is still on with walls and lifts taped all over. Lifts screen did not work properly on pool level, but luckily someone stops at the level so we can reach the lobby. Pool doesn’t look like the picture, but still good with a view and sauna and steam room. Staffs are very cold unfortunately.
