6.0Ansprechende Einrichtung, hervorragende Sauberkeit, Lage mit Meerblick und ohne Verkehrslärm, Parkplatz, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.
− Größtes Manko für uns: die beiden Zimmer waren räumlich entfernt, wir mussten daher Eltern/Kinder aufteilen, da zweites Zimmer außer Rufreichweite. Das war nirgends erwähnt, wir hatten eine zusammenhängende Wohnung erwartet. Weitere Einschränkungen: beim Backofen funktionierte nur der Grill, Haustür klemmte, Klospülung lief nach, stark schwankende Wassertemperatur beim Duschen, Licht flackerte, Zentralheizung abgestellt - Heizmöglickeit nur über die Klimaanlage im Schlafraum, Bar war geschlossen - nächstes Restaurant und Minimarkt >15min Autofahrt entfernt, Baustelle mit Kran im Sichtfeld - die Lastesel liefen über die Terrasse, Hahn kräht morgens ab 5 Uhr, Küche nur durch eine normale Zimmertür von der Vermieterwohnung getrennt (man hat alles bis spät in die Nacht durchgehört).
