8.0The hostel is located in the best area in Tel Aviv, basically on the beach. All other attractions are also nearby. Wi-Fi, friendly staff. The hostel is budget priced, only very basic accommodations but it was good enough for me since the price was right. I would rent at this property again.

2.0I checked in and was handed a key card and a roll of sheets. The luggage room wasn’t locked. I went up to the room (no elevator) and opened the door. It was an all male room. (I asked for an all female room). I went downstairs and told him the issue. He gave me another key card. I entered, and the bed I was assigned was occupied. After an hour, back and forth with Expedia, and I gave up. There was a possible empty bed, though it looked used. It was also a top bunk - not great. I made my bed, went to the bathroom (3 of the seats were falling off), took a shower and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, I found used food packets and a French fry next to my mattress from a previous tenant!!!! I got the hell out of there.

2.0They made us wait for 1.5 hrs to check in. The girl at the front desk had a terrible attitude as if it wasn’t her job to solve whatever problem they had. They finally gave us the room with no sheets nor towels, without mentioning there was still rubbish from the previous guests. Location is good but is not worth it.

2.0The hotel is not only dirty, they don't even know the word sanitary standards. At the hotel reception they behave like a private property management, when expressing dissatisfaction they cancel the booking and say in a mocking manner that they will not return the money. After I said that I would write to the lawyer, they did not return the money for another hour. They refused to change the room, they tried to check me, a woman, into a room where there were just men in the far corner, when I asked to change the room they canceled the booking and a conflict occurred about the non-refund of money. The room numbers are written on the map with a marker by the person at the reception himself, despite the fact that the booking paper does not indicate the number of the room in which you are checking in, and the entrance to the room is by magnetic card, it is not clear who and where and at what time lives there and apparently they do not allow you to check. After all, they returned my money and late in the evening they told me to go outside for 5 minutes without even giving me time to find another hotel. They sell locks for lockers, and when I said that I still had things in the locker, the hotel worker said you have 5 minutes or we will rip off the locks and throw the things out. They do whatever they want and when there are complaints and outright dissatisfaction, which is natural with such an attitude, they throw you out into the street in a disrespectful manner.
