10.0We had a very pleasant stay at Tru by Hilton Ha Long Bay. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a fresh and vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed and soft pillows that make it easy to sink into a deep sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The breakfast selection was good and provided a nice start to the day. The location is also convenient for exploring Ha Long Bay and nearby attractions. Overall, a reliable and comfortable hotel that offers good value and a smooth, hassle-free experience.
