8.0A pousada é linda, os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e o café da manhã é muito bom.
− Solicitei a retirada do berço e a colocação de uma cama de solteiro, mas nao fomos atendidos, o que deixou desconfortável na hora de dormir com um bebê no meio devido a cama ser tamanho padrão. A acústico tb nao é muito boa, dava para ouvir outras pessoas de outros quartos as vezes e tivemos q solicitar sabonetes pq nao houve reposição.

− Ao chegar ao local foi constatado, que não havia ar condicionado quente, somente lareira. A lareira não funcionava ( a lenha não pegava fogo). Ficamos 50 minutos tentando acender. O recepcionista, também foi ao local, sem sucesso. Como estava muito frio -2º seria impossível ficar ali. Consegui me hospedar em outro hotel, e cancelei a reserva. Espero que seja integralmente reembolsada.
