10.0This property was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. The location is near Kyoto station, less than half a mile away, approximately a 10 min walk. There is a bus station right outside of the hotel that can get you around to many of the places that you will want to visit but you do need to transfer for some. We prefer to just walk to Kyoto station and get to the correct train/subway, etc. At the hotel, there are many things that only have Japanese instructions. In order for you to use them go on the television and get the instruction in English. If you still not too sure, you can ask the friendly staff. Overall, good experience and I will rebook this place or their sister hotels when I'm back and to Japan.

10.0The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has all utility that we need. We felt safe staying there. It will be perfect if 1) They offer 1 extra mirror outside the bathroom. 2) Make the bed frame from making noise every time we turn our body.
