The location.

− The place was filthy, including a stained and dirty sofa bed. Crumbs on the floors and chairs. Red spots that look like blood and white stains on the sofa bed. There were broken springs on the sofa ( faling through at the ends), which was also meant to be a sofa bed and on the filthy walls, which were meant to be white, next to the two single beds. Air conditioning barely worked, and a smell when you entered the property was mouldy. The solution to the disgusting sofa was either a throw on top of the dirt or they bring a single bed instead of the sofa? This is meant to be a high-class flat! No adult wants to sit on a bed to watch a television or relax, which was the point of a leisure trip. There was only one duvet available across both bedrooms. The one duvet available was filthy. There were no covers provided and no linen to cover the duvet itself. Most concerning was the response from the property, who insisted that all necessary checks have been completely carried out and were of the standard they expected. The solution was to bring up two duvets in a black bin liner and a throw of some description to cover the disgusting sofa bed. We left after 1 hour and paid out over £200 to do that. Beware!
