− I didn't even enter the property, so I cannot comment on the standard inside. Having got there very late at night, armed with my passcodes to get in, I could not find the place. The instructions for finding the property could have been clearer, and the host apologised for this the next day. As for me not deciding to stay in the property and basically paying my fee for nothing, that is not on the host; having booked in advance, by the time the came come for me to enjoy my retreat, I was in a different frame of mind, the property was in the middle of a busy residential area, and I decided to stay at home. However, the host's point-blank refusal to refund for the night I couldn't find it, the waste of my time and fuel getting there and giving up, left me feeling very disappointed. They offered a 10% reduction on future stays, but I have no incentive to use this host again. They said I could have called them on that first night, but it was 1 am - I didn't think I could. They said they were sorry for my experience, but they didn't show that through their actions. Even something as simple as a voucher to eat at a local restaurant... anything to encourage me to go ahead with the booking would have been appreciated. As it happens, they got their money, and I never stepped foot in their property. I won't be using them again.

− Was awful location and considering I mentioned had a child was standing out side 2 hours to get in Was very suffocating and small , not safe for a 1 year old as kitchen and draws were out open which was dangerous for him and of course there was no chance I couldn’t promise he’d do something , was promised Netflix and internet had no access, literally stayed one night and came back home next morning

The only thing that was good was we was booked for 2 nights and we was able to change the room as Noone was booked in the other room (which am not surprised)

− The whole studio I will upload pics of the place it's not worth it its messy it stunk bathroom toilet would not flush and loads of damps and broken flooring... So when I was sent to the diffrent room the tv there and Netflix did not work I have put the pics up here.. I rang customer service they was useless they have not helped atall
