10.0Our family chose to stay here because of Ms. Juine and the entire Kids' Club team. They took such wonderful care of our children! They always greet the little ones with a warm smile and truly take the time to understand each child's unique personality, likes, and dislikes.The pancake decorating activity was an absolute highlight that our kids thoroughly enjoyed. Another wonderful surprise this month was the birth of two adorable baby bunnies, and we were thrilled to get a photo with them!Big thanks to the gardener and caretakers for maintaining the beautiful garden and mini-farm, making it feel like a cozy second home. We will definitely be back to visit them all next month. Thank you so much for such an unforgettable and heartwarming experience!
One Night Was Definitely Not Enough 🫠
10.0We only stayed for one night, but it definitely wasn’t enough. The room was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up in such a peaceful atmosphere made it hard to leave. A special thanks to the Reservations team for their excellent coordination and warm hospitality. Everything was smooth from before our arrival through check-in, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to Filmmy for the lovely handwritten welcome card waiting in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel even more personal and memorable. 💛 The resort also offers so many activities that one night simply isn’t enough to experience everything. We’ll definitely be back and next time, we’ll stay much longer. 🤍
