− That it didn’t have a pool. But everything else was excellent
Lovely staff, comfortable bed. Tiny room! Ask for a quiet room.
3.0The staff were really good, very polite and friendly. The beds are really nice and comfortable and the decor and cleanliness was good.
− The location, right next to bars that play music loud until 2am. Apparently if you’re on the other side of the hotel you do not hear the noise. Also the size of the room. It is tiny! The smallest room I think I’ve ever stayed in! Photos show space between end of bed and wall! And side of bed and wall (same both sides!)

− The rooms are almost comically small - to the extent that you can’t walk normally around the (very comfortable) bed
Overall stay was good and comfortable. Ideal for people looking for hotel that is close to main shops
9.0It is a clean hotel, we had a spacious room and we had an accessible room. We were on the same floor as our second room which was also clean and nicely decorated. The property is located in area with accessible takeaway, shops and train station.
− The rooms which are based towards main road you can hear noise coming the street.
Disappointed
4.0The location
− The rooms were tiny no opening windows of air. The air conditioning unit was filthy, no wonder I woke up with a sore throat it felt like there was no oxygen in the room.
Overall okay
6.0Location was good but parking and pick ups and dropping off was very difficult The room was extremely small specially for a hotel with Hilton name attached
− The bed didn’t have a bed sheet and seems like the quilt is used directly without a sheet in between, was not sure if the quilt sheet is changed for each guest
