8.0Uma ótima opção de estadia em Gramado, excelente café da manhã, mas como oportunidades para melhoria. Família de 4 pessoas com duas crianças, sendo que sofá cama é muito desconfortável, colchão fino, prejudicou muito a noite de sono. Atendimento da recepção e a bagageiros passivos, concentrados em horários específicos - sendo que pela manhã cedo não havia ninguém para ajudar com as malas. Restaurante para café da amanhã, apesar de excelente em variedade, atendimento na parte de omeletes e tostadas, muito confuso e desorganizado.
