We had a lovely stay despite the very hot weather
8.0The staff were great, friendly, caring and attentive. There were a few issues with air conditioning but that was soon sorted.

7.0L'emplacement en zone piétonne est à proximité de nombreux restaurants et bars. Permet de se rendre sur tous les point d'intérêt de la ville facilement soit à pied soit en bus, zone très bien desservie. Local à bagages bien pratique quand on part qu'à 17h et qu'il faut libérer la chambre 10h30.
− Le jardin n'était pas accessible et il manquait un point de repos, autre que la chambre, pour se détendre entre 2 visites. L'ascenseur très très étroit et les marches pour accéder aux chambres pas très pratique avec les valises. La salle de bain un peu vieillissante et la clim qui faisait beaucoup de bruit.

− Small and stairs had to be taken even after you get out of elevator. Strongly encourage updating accessibility descriptions.
Our stay was fair given the shower and room size.
6.0Location was wonderful and the communication of entry, key pick up and baggage storage was very good. AC worked great.
− The picture of the room was somewhat misleading on size. The rug had stains, the shower was tiny and didn’t drain properly (It overflowed past the glass door) which caused us to use the towels to mop up the excess water. Sent Ralais a message and told manager.
