We were only in Rome for 15 hours: to get dinner, sleeps and shower after museum tour before next travel day. The proper

1.0Très mauvaise expérience. Il y a du bruit, tu entends même celui de la chambre à côté quand il prend sa douche. Petit déjeuner n’est pas fameux en plus il faut sortir marcher loin pour le prendre dans un café bar avec un tickets Très mauvaise expérience aussi parce qu’ils ne m’ont pas laissé de tickets pour le petit déjeuner et il m’a dit le message ce n’est pas grave dis leur juste que tu viens de dimiora. Malheureusement, quand je suis partie prendre mon petit déjeuner le monsieur n’était pas convaincu et le troisième jour, il a refusé de me donner mon petit déjeuner inclus et il n’a traité comme une voleuse. J’ai écrit à dimora pour leur dire ce qui s’est passé et il m’a juste répondu merci sans être désolée. Je regrette d’avoir choisi ce guest house. Very bad experience. The place is noisy—you can even hear the person in the next room when they are taking a shower. The breakfast is not very good either. On top of that, you have to leave the guest house and walk quite a distance to have breakfast at a café/bar using a voucher. I also had a very unpleasant experience because they did not leave me any breakfast vouchers. I was told by message, “It’s not a problem, just tell them you’re staying at Dimora.” Unfortunately, when I went to have breakfast, the man at the café did not seem convinced. On the third day, he refused to give me the breakfast that was included in my stay and treated me as if I were a thief. I contacted Dimora to explain what had happened, and the only response I received was “Thank you,” without any apology or concern about how I had been treated. I truly regret choosing this guest house.
