10.0Very friendly staff (especially Abdullah at the reception ), good buffet variety for breakfast and dinner. We got very nice room upgrade with beautiful city view. Situated a bit outside of tourist part of Petra so more quiet and with nice city view.

10.0As close to perfection as one can get. The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is spectacular. The restaurant has a wide variety of delicious food. The proximity to Petra was ideal. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. All of that and a fair price top it off. Excellent experience.
