Positiv hervorzuheben sind der freundliche Service im Restaurant und das leckere Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren wirklich sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch unser Zimmer war schön und wurde täglich gereinigt.

− Leider gab es jedoch einige erhebliche Mängel, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Das größte Problem war ein extrem unangenehmer Kanalgeruch aus dem Toilettenraum, der sich im gesamten Hotelzimmer verbreitet hat. Der Geruch war teilweise wirklich unerträglich und hat den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm gemacht. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank in unserem Zimmer nicht angeschlossen, sodass wir unsere Getränke nicht kühlen konnten. Auch der Föhn im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Noch ärgerlicher war, dass selbst die Steckdose im Badezimmer nicht funktionierte, sodass ich nicht einmal meinen eigenen Föhn benutzen konnte. Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Lage des Hotels an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Dadurch ist es insgesamt ziemlich laut. Wir hatten glücklicherweise ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels, sodass es bei geschlossenem Fenster einigermaßen in Ordnung war. Sobald man jedoch das Fenster geöffnet hat, war der Straßenlärm sehr deutlich zu hören. Bei Zimmern zur Straßenseite dürfte die Lärmbelästigung möglicherweise noch stärker sein.

Litros Hotel – Great Staff, but Several Issues Need Attention . The Positive Side Housekeeping was excellent and deserves five stars on its own. The breakfast staff were also wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Haktan at reception for his outstanding cooperation and assistance. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable gap between the helpful attitude of the staff and the lack of flexibility from management. Litros Hotel has great potential, but these issues need to be addressed to improve the guest experience. I hope management takes this feedback constructively, as my intention is not simply to criticize, but to encourage meaningful improvements.

− Our stay at Litros Hotel had both positive and negative aspects. Unfortunately, several issues affected our comfort and overall experience. * Luggage storage: Despite having another seven-night booking after our trip to Antalya, we were asked to pay extra to leave some luggage at the hotel. This felt unnecessarily inflexible and disappointing. * Air conditioning: The centrally controlled system made it impossible to adjust the temperature, forcing us to open the windows and deal with mosquitoes at night. * Cigarette smoke: The smell was extremely strong and easily entered our room, which was particularly unpleasant as non-smokers. * Breakfast odours: Every morning, cooking smells entered our room, making it feel as though we were staying inside the kitchen. * Elevator: Extremely small, with very limited space and weight capacity, making it inconvenient for guests with luggage. * Television: Our TV was not working. We were promised a follow-up the next day, but nobody returned
