You step into the house and feel perfectly relaxed - a great find!

The house is on a quiet safe street, short walk from the beautiful Abbey and Market Square with all the shops. The house had everything we needed, everything modern, well thought through, everything functional and working, nicely decorated. They even had real crystal glasses which was special. All the kitchen equipment was new and in mint condition. All very clean. We ate out in the garden, which was beautifully looked after. Street parking was easy. Would highly recommend this property.

− Very hot and needed at least 3 more fans Bathroom door lock faulty and had make other arrangements at night when we could not open the door It was not warped as owners stated in note but has a faulty lock

Great Pershore town location; we were pleased with this unit but shared concerns with longer stay.

the location was convenient to a very pleasant downtown with bakery, restaurants, theater and bus services. The local experiences were great. The Abbey bells were lovely. Parking was tight but not a problem. Overall renovation of the unit reflected thoughtful updates and optimized use of tight spaces. The back yard garden was very pretty from the kitchen window and showed talented care.

− Long stays, hot weather and mobility are limitations that were not comfortable. Although the listing is factually accurate, the lack of a dishwasher, dryer and difficult stairway access for luggage and regular access to second floor bathroom facilities were not optimal. Mold in the shower was noticeable. Although the weather was unusually hot for May, we couldn't imagine the unit being comfortable in the summer heat without room fans. Household supplies for long stays could be a problem as the unit seems equipped for short stays with few guests.

The communication from the hosts from day of booking until arrival day was friendly, informative & useful. The propety was immaculate on arrival, everything catered for, a very good helpful folder with items about cooker/Nespresso/microwave instructions etc. Informative local ideas of where to go/eat. Nice selection of books & board games. The beds - all 4 of the party slept soundly and were very impressed by the beds and all had sound nights sleep. Lovely linen, towels and decor.
