Location

− Very outdated, dirty. One of the worst accommodations we’ve ever experienced. A dirty carpet right at the entrance - a terrible first impression. The beds are uncomfortable; one sags, and you can feel the springs in the other. The water heater in the bathroom is leaking, so the shower pressure is very weak. The linoleum is peeling. Dirty walls throughout the entire apartment. A broken hinge on the closet, so it couldn’t be used. The windows are very hard to open; one handle is missing in the kitchen. The cleaning was a disaster - huge frost buildup in the fridge, leftover grated cheese, and unwashed dishes left behind by previous guests. The dishes in general were dirty. The apartment desperately needs renovation and a thorough cleaning!!! We do not recommend this accommodation and will never stay here again.

the location is superb with easy access to shops and the station.

− Apart from the excellent location, the property was unfortunately very disappointing. The flat was noticeably dirty, and we even found previous guests’ dirty socks under the bed when we looked for a missing item. The whole space could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and the laminate floors are lifting, exposing grit and grime underneath. The shower barely trickles and is extremely temperamental—swinging between scalding hot and freezing cold. Both mattresses in the bedrooms were uncomfortable: one has springs poking through, and the other sinks heavily in the middle. We were also only provided with two towels for a family of four. Although the host responded quickly and brought more later that evening, this should have been prepared in advance. Overall, compared with other properties we’ve stayed at in the area, this one is significantly overpriced and does not offer good value for the cost.

The front door is not very secure. I am very sad to say that we have been very disappointed with the state of the apartment and its cleanliness. it is absolutley filthy. we have never stayed anywhere as bad as this. The first night was extremly cold and the heating was not sufficient. we did put the fan heating on in the bedroom but had to switch it off as the dirt on the heater was pushed into the air. my youngest daughter has asthma and the dirt has not been good for her health. All of the air ventilators are filthy. The whole apartment is a health hazard. The cups and cutlery were not very clean. the curtsins in the bedrooms are inadequate. durung the middle of the night a security light came on. The springs on the mattress are coming through and the bed linen is pracically threadbare. The bathroom is filthy we did not feel comfortable to use the shower in there. I am afraid to say we werevery happy to leave.. This is definatley not worth the money we paid.

Perfect for our needs.

Realy liked the location and the property was clean and well equipped. Realy liked the proximity to shops and the suggestion from the owners re asking car park owners(Tesco) for a parking space was spot on.

− Access prooved a little tricky with minor issues with the lock box, but this was rectified with relative ease. Decor was a little tired with a few stains on carpets, walls and floor covering. However these did not distract from our comfort or stay one but and can be put down to popular accommodation and wear and tear.
