Proximity to beach access was excellent. The location of unit was located on a less busy section of south St. Augustine Beach and the entire Ocean & Racquet Resort was a quiet, family oriented community. Extremely pleased with the area.

− Upon arrival the gentleman had entry gate said he didn't know the whereabouts of our unit key which led to an anxious delay upon our arrival. After calling office which was closed we were left wondering if preparation for our arrival had been overlooked. I again located the gate attendant who was away from entry gate and he returned and discovered that our unit keys and packet were in fact in the entry gate but said he'd not seen them when we first arrived. The unit was appropriately furnished and kitchen amply supplied however it was somewhat more dated than expected and showed obvious signs of aging throughout. Some cleaning had been missed, among others an unwashed coffee cup was in cupboard with dried coffee grounds in it and syrupy residue coating the bottom. No big deal but wondered how a clearly used, dirty coffee cup could be placed on the shelf. Perhaps prior occupants had done so. A strong stale odor permeated the unit as well.
