− Needs cosmetic renovation and some maintenance. The road leading up to the building needs to be paved.

8.0Die Lage und Aussicht sind umwerfend. Freie Sicht auf den Ozean aus dem 14. Stock. Auch die Poolanlage war mehr als ansprechend.
− In unmittelbarer Nähe am Strand oder Pool gibt es weder eine Bar noch ein Restaurant. Einige Textilien mussten getauscht werden, was aber gut geklappt hat.

8.0Unit was nicely laid out and suited our needs, views were fantastic. Uber was $10 into downtown so far enough away that things were quiet
− The stove was natural gas with six burners and the pilot lights were not working well. When you tried to ignite one burner, starters on 3 other burners clicked. The main living area had a natural gas odor so we kept the front door open all day to keep the breeze clearing the odor
