Location.

− Damp in apartment. Furniture not only below standard but dangerous with exposed springs. Lack of lift.

Everything great except the dangerous couch

The location is perfect for people who want to be near the harbor, the bus stop, taxis, and shops. The apartment was clean, bright, and had a big balcony, new washer, fridge, stove, kettle and tv.

− The whole apartment was great except they left a very damaged couch in the living room that was slashed in the center with springs coming out as well as all the cushions being worn out so upon sitting you sink into the so called couch. I wrote the property and nothing was done until the last night. When I say "done" Not a new couch, not money back, only a blanket on the couch. The first night was spent uncomfortably and there was no compensation for that. When paying 100€ a night I expect the apartment not to contain broken and dangerous items that could cause bodily harm.

Good flat near to sea with terrace and big options

Very bright apartment with two bedrooms. It have full kitchen things, big fridge and even washing machine. Many air conditioners. Place has parking near by, which has free spots all days when we stayed there. Flat was clean. Recomend this place.

− In one of rooms were no power outlets and was little sound from street, but I suppose it was "guest bedroom". In main bedroom soound isolation was very good.

Чудові апартаменти з зручним розташуванням. Чудовий краєвид та захід сонця за вікном. Персонал швидко відреагував на наші запитання і все вирішив. Дякую. Поряд великий супермаркет. Дуже зручно для тих, хто сам готує їжу.

− Не сподобалось те що прийшло просити туалетний папір. При заселені було залишено 1/4 рулону від попередніх мешканців. На балконі були відсутні стільці. Для зручності клієнтів я б долала на кухню дощечку для нарізки, лопатку для сковорідки, пару ножів, які заточені та якісь серветки чи рушники на кухню. Для тих хто цінує тишу за вікном, то тут зовсім не тихо.

The apartment was recently renovated despite of this it had its issues of sewage smell in bathroom and water leakage on under the sink, also very white - bliding i would say. the location is good.

− Renovated building belonging to pahedrous, the public areas where really dirty, No Lift, we had to walk the stairs, which where full of stains, garbage dust. Nobody cleaned the stairs for 3 days we were there and possibly 2 weeks beofre. place has coackroaches, found in apartment and outside see photos , old building renovated. NO hosts to receive you. After booking Host also asked for IDs in order to SECURE the booking for all tenants, adults and minor, to be send via email. this is in clear violation of the GDPR law in cyprus, a simple gogole search can tell you that, yet they have the nerve to ask this from a family - this was an unplesant suprise. We denied providing this - i recommend all future guest to do same - learn your rights - dont share ur docuents over internet. No cleaning agents, no mop, no cltoh to wipe anything have to buy all Sewage smell in apartment + waterleakage under sink
