1.0− Turned up at the property and was sat outside for an hour and a half waiting for the host to sent over information on how to access the apartment, which was handled by a company on their behalf, to then be told that the host was not reachable, requested a refund as had an event to go to that night that we were late to due to having to find somewhere else to stay

1.0I have no idea why this is still on your website! Flat looks empty driving past. A very strong letter being written. Lawyers will potentially be involved. Shame on you for not carrying out due diligence.

Didn’t manage to stay in the property.
1.0I booked the flat several weeks in advance. Never heard from the owner with details of how to collect the key. The contact number didn’t work. Neither did the email address. Don’t book this property. Ultimately I made alternative arrangements and got my money refunded.

Revolting and unacceptable. These properties need to be inspected by Booking.com.
1.0Location was good. On the seafront and with easy parking.
− The apartment had not been cleaned. Dirty sheets, dirty washing in the washing machine, a pan with at least an inch of grease in the oven. Dirt on the floor. Stains in the microwave. All in all the state of the apartment was disgusting.
