− There were no new coffee capsules in cleaning other then that everything was fine

We loved our stay at Yamakei & hope to return
9.0We loved the private onsen, the staff were super friendly and accommodating and the apartment clean, tidy and very comfy couch! Great area out the front if you have kids for snowman making
− The main en-suite had the shower over the bath which water ran over and onto the floor which was annoying to have to wipe up.
Super stay but pricey
8.0Good transportation service friendly staff. Super spacious lobby area and ski equipment storage area. Very clean overall. Modern design and amenities. Superb view of the surrounding. Quiet and tucked away from the busy streets. Full kitchen. Washer dryer. Private onsen.
− For our 2 bedder, smaller bedroom’s toilet doesn’t have shower facilities. Master bathroom gets wet because of the design of the shower/bathtub. No daily turnover service at the steep price is not easy to accept.
My family stayed for 7 days and very happy with everything. All the staff was very helpful.
