6.0Overall the place was clean but dated. The staff were friendly and there is undercover parking and private laundry
− There was rubbish under the bed and clothes and quilts thrown in one of the cupboards.
I would not recommend this property

− It was not clean - old and tatty and the ceilings were even dirty - the curtains were filthy - we did not eat any meal in the apartment as it was so bad
Not happy for the amount of money I paid.
3.0The location. It was clean.
− Very limited and dirty cookware. Walls were water damaged in main room. Unable to get TV reception. Beds were very hard. Stairs need attention as railing was rickerty.

− Tout le motel est à rénover et de nouveau , booking.com ne devrait plus le proposer. Il est manifestement loué à l'année pour une clientèle précaire, la structure n’est plus adaptée aux touristes de passage et l’appartement très vétuste n’est plus du tout confortable et doit être rénové entièrement.

− Constant whirring sound in bathroom don’t know how to turn off … Couldn’t get DVD discs to play …
Good location to strand. But beds were not great sleeping on

− Rooms need upgrading, curtains are old and stained. Beds are really not comfortable at all.
