It was sufficient for a two night stay.

− The air conditioner remote control was a bit complicated. The bathroom was very small.
Great place enjoyed the space offered
9.0Very nice place to stay and large rooms with a kitchen. Outdoor space was great for our big group.

9.0The property definitely looks historical on the outside, but it is also well kept- clean inside and out with manicured grounds. The interior appears to have been recently remodeled complete with new plumbing. The air conditioning/heat was a little tricky to work, but the air conditioning was in excellent working order and kept the room pleasingly chilly during the 90+ degree days we were there. The woman that runs the place was helpful and a joy to be around.
− My only complaint is out of the control of the hotel. Nearby there are early morning trains, reminiscent of My Cousin Vinny. It was actually more amusing to us than disturbing.

Overall we enjoyed out stay very much.
7.0Room was clean, quiet, and modernized. It is also in a good location and close to town. Owner was polite and helpful. Even with several biker who checked in, we heard hardly any noise.
− Outside could use some TLC and some shaping and pruning of trees and bushes for better curb appeal. It draws away from how cute the motel actually is. We could tell that care was taken to plant flowers in the pots, but the shagging bushes and trees took away from how cute the hotel actually is. The outside chairs could be improved and if you want to sit outside with your partner you have to go borrow another chair from the front of another unit.
