SCAM - AVOID!!
2.0SCAM - AVOID! I was looking forward to this stay but it was a nightmare...the booking went to Travelstaytion then to Seven Living who own the apartment. They send instructions on the day on how to collect the key from an on-site lock box, but when I arrived the box was empty. Tried ringing the company but the offices closed at 7pm (it was 8pm at this point), and the out-of-hours people said they couldn't help! By 9pm I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation (half an hour away). I emailed a full explanation for them to pick up the next day...over 2 weeks later, the saga is ongoing, with Seven Living accusing me of lying and insisting that the key was there - I am £400 out of pocket with no sign of a refund anytime soon!!
