6.0The staff were helpful. Breakfast staff constantly were cleaning tables, and restocking food.
− The hotel changed my room choice at arrival. I was made to feel I was getting an upgrade. The room was clean, but minimal. The only seating in the room was the bed and an office chair. I had chose a room with a couch. It seemed they over booked and were scrambling to find rooms for guests.
Despite having a prepaid confirmation, the hotel was overbooked when I arrived!
1.0− Despite having a prepaid confirmation, the hotel was overbooked when I arrived at 10:30 PM after a long journey from the UK. Without any prior warning of the cancellation, they transferred me to the nearby Antlers Hotel, which was not of a comparable standard. As a lone female traveler, it was not ideal to finally get into a room at midnight. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund.

9.0Great location, a few bars and restaurants just down the road. Parking was good, had a restaurant and bar on the top floor which was nice.
