9.0De locatie is erg goed: midden in de natuur vlak tegen Yala National Park aan. Het personeel was zeer attent en behulpzaam. Dat gold voor de ‘in house’ safari ranger die ons ophaalde met zowaar een kleine python in zijn hand (wat onze kinderen fantastisch vonden). En het gold ook voor het horecapersoneel, leuk gesproken met Akram en zijn collega Rusni. Het eten was goed en het diner was een ervaring op zich (midden in de natuur met fakkels om je heen).

− We left after one night, as the property was not up to standard (including a dead bird in the room and a musty smell). We were disappointed to not receive a refund for the second night and the staff were very argumentative about this.

The staff were incredible really going out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We booked a safari through the hotel with the amazing guide Thushan and he was so knowledgeable and the day was so special. Enjoyed a lovely meals Dinush. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience Yala.
Overpriced and not delivering on basics
4.0Scenic location for dinner and breakfast.
− Mice were seen in the room. Told staff on two occasions and was not addressed. Mice ran around the room all night and we could not sleep. Mouse poo also in the room. As Australians the frogs/lizards/spiders were present but are ok they are quiet and still but mice are gross. Safari overpriced and guide was more interested in their own photography than giving the safari.

10.0It was absolutely wonderful. Tent spacious and pretty, private pool perfect after a long day of safari. Food very good. People wonderful. I wish I had more time there!
