6.0The location is great. But the property owner wasn't honoring expedia booking . Since it was late (5:30pm) , he allowed me to stay one night but next day I had to check out. Overpriced for the quality or upkeep of the lace. It is great for people looking for unconventional family owned traditional set up but a non for business travellers. Only one electrical point for charging in one room was another turndown
