It was a disappointment!
4.0The room size and the balcony
− The smell of the carpet stinks! we couldn’t bare the smell and requested a removal of the entire carpet out of the room! And they didn’t clean after the carpet removal! All the dirts remained at the floor until we requested a cleaning of the flooring! And there were stains all over the carpet and the chairs as well! And The cabinet door was broken!
Staff were exceptional, breakfast buffet was great, rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Excellent stay
10.0**First time at Edition Madrid, and it did not disappoint** We are regular Edition guests, but this was our first stay at the Madrid property, and it is now firmly one of our favourites. Reception was welcoming and efficient, and the room service team was attentive and quick every time. A special thank you to Cintia from the pool service. She made sure we had a wonderful time throughout our stay, and her Negronis were excellent. The Punch Room is exquisite and very cozy, the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks before heading out into the city. The design and decor of the hotel are just on point. We cannot wait to come back to Edition Madrid.
