Not what you would expect.
4.0The location
− For a 4 star hotel, I was gravely disappointed. The room had an odor my plug ins couldn't cover. The towels in the bathroom were old, stained and very thin. There was very little toilet paper on the roll without an extra roll to use. I went to the front desk to ask for another roll and no one was there. I rang the bell on the counter as instructed and no one came to the desk to help. I ended up using the tissue out of my car. I forgot my shower gel, shampoo and lotion on this trip only to find they only give you a very small bar of soap. For 115 per night, I expected better than this. On the bright side: the ac worked just fine.
My stay was very quiet. But the room was dirty with drywall dust. It was every where.

− The room was filthy. It was very dusty from drywall dust. They said installed new lighting on the ceiling drywall but they didn’t vacuum the dust from that. It was all in very the floor and chairs and tables. It was used soap and other items in the bathroom that was not replaced after last person. Almost no tissue in the bathroom.
Ben and Erin Napier need to complete an overhaul.
2.0Location was okay but I didn't see any evidence of any breakfast, nor was I informed of any.
− Dust was on the furniture, bed linen was stained, pillows were flat and small, towels were very thin and had stains as well. The bathtub was in the 'living room' which consisted of a love seat table and two stained chairs. I had to kill a roach crawling on the wall.

4.0− There was a family living on the second floor. The children were up all night playing. The hotel was not well lighted. There were people sleeping in cars outside in the parking lot. I only was there one night an was billed for two.
