6.0Le personnel de l'accueil manque de Professionnalisme. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h35. Et il nous ont fait comprendre que notre réservation ne commence qu'à 16h. Nous avons attendu au comptoir. Et ils m'ont fait payer un supplément de 35€ pour une "Chambre Exécutive 3pers" tout simplement pcque la 3ème personne avait plus de 12 ans. Donc pour eux, à partir de 13ans le Canapé 2 places dans la Ch.Executive 3pers est payant. Un peu bizare pour une Chambre qui a un Grand lit 2places + un Canapé lit 2 places. Et pourtant nous étions 3 personnes. J'ai exigé une facture.

10.0Beautiful hotel, nice large room and bathroom, good breakfast, evening meal not so good, would not eat there again, asked for our steak medium and it was rare and a little tough, waiting staff very good and attentive, had to pay 150 euros on arrival as a deposit otherwise they would not have given us the room, 2 days after leaving I am still waiting for it back!!
