Great cabin in a pretty setting
10.0Went on a family trip to the Smokies! The cabin is great on a large property with a beautiful view of the lake. Can be difficult to find at night. Lots of twisty roads. The cabin itself was comfortable with plenty of room for 7 of us. Make sure to bring groceries because there are only small convenience stores nearby. Bring wood for the fire pit and swim gear for the hot tub. We look forward to returning next year!

− No pot holders to take hot stuff out of the oven Also they drained the lake and we didn’t know until we got there No one came to fix the a/c upstairs

8.0The pictures posted were accurate, some better than we anticipated, maybe check outside lights as a few didn’t work and some ice cube trays would be awesome! Also instructions for tv/cable and toilet seat in master bathroom was broken ceiling fans not working but overall it was great! We loved it, hope to be back only mentioned the above so you can fix it for the next renters
It was good, not great
6.0The view from the deck was beautiful, and we were close to the Swann's Marina, where we had rented a pontoon boat. The rooms were large, and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Customer service (we texted about the hot tub) was quick to answer, checking in was easy.
− The hot tub was not on when we got there and never made it past 78 degrees, so we couldn't use it. The path to the water was overgrown, steep, and washed out in places. There was no way we were getting our kayaks down there easily. Grocery store in Dandridge was about 15 min away
