It was below average comfort, cleanliness and I did not feel safe.
5.0The bed was decent.
− The room was not clean. Vents in the bathroom were filthy. The floor had dirt and crumbs from earlier quests. The place was supposed to be non-smoking; however, in the evening, cigarette smoke was coming in through the bathroom vent. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke daily, and over the weekend, there was pot smoke smell in the hallways. A fire alarm went off one night I stayed, and everyone went outside. No one came around to tell us it was safe to go back in, and after about half an hour, the guests began to return to their rooms. Not a word was mentioned after that event.

4.0The place was dirty and smelling bad. It forced me to ask for cleanings to be done. Another issue, i was biten by something while sleeping waking up find seollen. In short the place need to improve in cleaning section
