8.0I had a great stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. The only downside was the bed—it was quite stiff, and unfortunately, it gave me some back issues that lasted a couple of weeks. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Just a note: there are limited restaurants nearby, so plan accordingly. Still, I’d recommend the stay for the service and cleanliness.

8.0I had an extended stay of nearly two weeks at Le Foliage By TGI, during which I interacted with multiple staff members. While the overall service was a mixed bag, there were a few standout individuals who made a notable difference. Anita, along with another young lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, were exceptional in their consistency, promptness, and willingness to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly appreciated. That said, I did feel that some policies—particularly regarding cancellations—could have been more flexible, especially in cases with genuine reasons. A bit more adaptability in such matters would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. Despite this, my stay was comfortable, and the property itself was well-maintained. With some improvements in service consistency and policy flexibility, this could be an even better experience for future guests.
