8.0The good things are that it is in the heart of an area thats good for shopping (and some bars & restaurants) plus it is clean so quite good for a short stay. The downside of being downtown is that some traffic can be little noisy but i would definitely stay there again.
Avoid
2.0Dated old hotel. Needed renovation. Incompetent spanishspeaking staff that couldn´t tell were to park the car.
