10.0We were a bit worried about booking it since there were almost no reviews about the place but we were so glad that we did! The villa is amazing: huge and lavishly furnished in an antic style. It’s very comfortable with beautiful gardens and outdoor areas, which have few great spots for family dinners. The house is fully equipped for all your needs/wants. The view of the valley/town Foligno that can be seen from the house is absolutely beautiful! The photos on Booking reflect the house perfectly. Last but surely not least- Francheco is an amazing host who did above and beyond for us to feel welcomed and enjoy our stay. We highly recommend!! Without a doubt that’s the best villa and host that we ever meet.

10.0Fantastic location., Tjis is a villa of its own kind, Spacious, comfortable, and the pool is the best. Francesco, the owner, was absolutaly kind and helpful. He is a great host.
− Some of the beds are worn, and some repair in the bathrooms could help.
