Stayed here because it was close to Philmont. It was decent, but I wouldn't stay again.

− Shower was slow to drain. TV wasn't working. Room looked old. It didn't look like anyone was onsite for issues.

− There was no ac (this may have been listed and I didnt read it ahead). I was traveling alone (Im a woman) and did not feel safe leaving the windows open.

7.0− For a place that relies solely on wind and air to cool the rooms (no a/c) then all the windows in the unit should open. Only 1/2 the windows of our 2 bedroom unit opened during a heat wave.
Perfect for what I was in New Mexico to do!
