Perfect for me for 2 nights
10.0I decided to rebook after hearing the hotel had made some efforts to improve the experience. I was surprised and relieved that my room was very clean and felt comfortable. I was checked in by a local gentleman who was very friendly and made me feel welcome.
− No soap in the room.
It was in the right location for me

− Hotel undergoing a makeover. No problem for us but it is still a work in progress so some rooms may still be in need of same. All the flowers shown in the photos out front have disappeared.

2.0Not alot only good thing was they let us keep our luggage there after checkout plus it's across the road from the pier and the stone beach
− Would only accept cash knowing it said i could pay by card no staff when needed (no staff to be seen) fire alarm kept going off all hours Wifi kept cutting off TV kept losing single sleeping on the bed felt like sleeping on rocks Breakfast was too greasy no continental breakfast as advertised in the menu and that was the same on my last visit and stay at this hotel Got a bar but never opened got a restaurant but never opened (lack of staff most probably) Staris are too steep leading up to the rooms shower screen fell apart If I could I would ask for a Refund as it wasn't worth the stay and the money hopefully the waterfront hotel will look to improve in the near future Keep getting told the hotel is being done up but was told the same thing last year
