9.0Per gli standard di Londra un hotel eccezionale. Ottima la camera, la colazione e i servizi. La zona è ben collegata avendo due metro molto vicine, oltre alla stazione dei bus.

Excellent value for money and very comfortable stay
9.0The reception space was very inpressive and felt more luxurious than the price we paid. Room exceptionally clean and bed very comfortable. Loved the Vending machines- very helpful when emergency painkillers needed at 3am!

Very good but needs improvement
6.0The receptionist who checked me in was so nice and she actually provided me with good room, I truly thank her for that. I wish I could remember her name to mention. The location is great where it is close to Westfield mall and several coffee shops for coffee and breakfast. Also the hotel is so close to the subway stations and bus stops where it access you to anywhere in London. Dao has laundry room where only Dao residents can access.
− This is my fourth time I stayed in Dorsett & Dao. However, they can do better that this. Firstly, the bed sheets need to be changed as well as pillows became nearly flat and uncomfortable. I tried many times to call the front desk for in room services but there was no answer unfortunately.
