8.0Location was great. Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Had fridge and small sink. Shower was good. Pool and outside area was nice place to sit, enjoy breakfast or time swimming.
− AC unit was loud but kept room cool. Limited storage to put clothes away. Lighting options limited so room could feel dark without shade up.
Not a good experience poor service!
3.0Location was good
− Staff was uneducated in customer service, pool Was closed at 7:00 on a Saturday night, (we were allowed to use it for an extra 20 min after finding a staff member.) went to get breakfast and came back to being told we have been checked out at 9:00am by an extremely rude staff member who told us we couldn’t use the restroom because she had already cleaned it. Had to wait to get confirmation from front desk to enter our $600+ a night room to collect the rest of our stuff and use the restroom one last time. We will never stay here again and never recommend it. Seems like the owners are checked out and are letting poor speaking lazy employees run it into the ground.
Pretty good option for the value
8.0It’s really well maintained and clean
− You can easily hear everything from the next door room and upstairs. Very thin walls and windows don’t offer any privacy
Dont stay here
1.0The staff
− Pool Not maintained. TV didn't work well Ice machines broken The manager was never around. No one at the front desk Grounds were not maintained. Lost hot water after one person showered
Lovely get away where you feel you have gone back in time. we had a great time and will be back!
10.0very cute, great vibes, beautiful outdoor space and well kept pool
− only thing is the pool hours were limited, it would have been nice fo visitors to have access after 5
Disastrous $500/night stay. Paper-thin walls, zero sleep, and completely ghosted by management.
2.0Don't get fooled by this cheap motel trying to pass as a boutique through fancy branding. If you value sleep, AVOID this property at all costs, you are better off sleeping in your car. My partner and I paid $500 for a single Saturday night (June 27) at Bluebird Dennisport expecting a boutique escape. Instead, it was a sleepless nightmare. Whatever cosmetic "renovations" they have done completely ignored all structural soundproofing and the ceiling floors creak and bend at every movement. We loudly heard every single footstep (including the dog walking around constantly) from the room above us at 11 PM, 2 AM, and 6 AM, along with neighboring conversations and doors slamming at midnight. They claim "quiet hours" are from 10pm-8am, but there is no way for them to enforce this since there isn't a single human staff onsite. We could literally hear the next-door neighbor coughing through the wall throughout the entire night. Worse, this hotel operates with a "contactless" text line that was completely dead. I text-messaged the emergency line during the night for help with the noise and was completely ignored. I called the front desk on Sunday morning and got a voicemail. I emailed the General Manager and Lark Hotels corporate first thing Monday morning and have been completely ghosted. Charging premium luxury rates for zero acoustic privacy and a completely unresponsive customer service team is unacceptable. Avoid this place unless you want to pay $500 to listen to strangers move and talk while you lay in bed awake. To be fair, its clean and in a great location, albeit the room had a strong musty odor coming from the air conditioning unit that was almost suffocating.
