10.0Loved the location and the overall atmosphere of the place, but the lady at the desk, I wanna say “Lilly” probably spelling it wrong… either way, she was lovely! Extremely helpful for the short time we were there

− Unreliable customer service. Not recommended if arriving late at night. I requested an airport pick up because I arrived at 11pm. I texted the information via Booking and confirmed flight number, arrival time, etc. When I arrived, no one was waiting for me so I called and texted the front desk numerous times over 45 minutes and no one answered the phone or responded to my text. In the end, I gave up and took an uber by myself at 11:52pm. (I am a single female and don’t like to go with unfamiliar people.) When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said there was no record of the transportation requested (which was in my booking.com text). When I asked why no one answered the phone, he said they must have been away from the desk. I said that I called numerous times over a 30 minute period. No apology.
