5.0Frühstück, Essen lecker, Die Anlage im Prinzip schön und mit netten details und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Lage direkt am Strand gegenüber einer Sackstrasse. Beachbereich mit Liegen, Pergola und Service. Auf der Hotelseite der Fluss, auf welchen man den Blick von der Restaurantterrasse hat. 2 kajak für einen Flussausflug stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
− Wir hatten das große Appartement mit 3 Bereichen, Wohn-Schlafzimmer, Zwischenraum zum Bad. Es lagen überall hochflorige unappetitliche Teppich. Die Möbel alt, das Bettgestell mit Geflecht ummantelt, welches an vielen Stellen Herunterhing. Die Sofas nicht einladend. Keine Beleuchtung und Steckdosen (insgesamt wenig) am Bett. Nur grelle Zimmerbeleuchtung. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegeflächen am Pool und am strand schön aber die Kissen fleckig und abgenutzt.

10.0El hotel tiene una vista muy bonita a la laguna,dónde puedes comer algo,disfrutar de juegos de mesa con tu familia o amigos. La piscinas estaba limpia y la atención del personal fue excelente.
− Al baño de la habitación le faltó mantenimiento. No me gustó que en la la cuenta ya incluían la propina. La propina es algo opcional no es obligatoria. La verdad es que tienen un servicio muy bueno, es muy difícil que alguien no les deje propina.
No es un hotel que recomiende, lejos y le falta confort
3.0tienen un buen restaurante y la comida está bien hecha, además el servicio de coctelería tampoco está mal y tienen buenos licores.
− Las instalaciones del lugar son pobres, la cama es muy incómoda y además no tienen las ventanas bien selladas, lo cual hace que la más mínima brisa las haga moverse mucho y no deja dormir. El segundo punto más malo es que el hotel es a una hora de acapulco!! y aparece en booking como hoteles de acapulco asi que fue totalmente decepcionante ir a acapulco y quedarse en un hotel a una hora del destino. Muy mal hecho por parte de los que llenaron los datos del hotel en el sitio, y de booking por no checar y corregir.
